I started gushing in my teens, well when i say gushing thought i was peeing myself, it only happened about 3 times in 10 years then it got slightly more still didnt know what was happening (no internet in those days lol) anyway when i hit about 35 it started happening maybe 50% of the time and increased more so after the age of 40. Now i would say i do it 95% of the time. There is no way i could physically hold back it just literally gushes out of me resembling when your waters break, there is not control. I find that my technique works on some girls and not on others. It may be that another technique would work for them but not for others! But some general rules, based on experience:

1) Relax - it might happen, it might not, don't worry about it. Enjoy!

2) No, RELAX!!

3) I'm told that, until you get used to it, the sensation is like having a pee. This tends to put some girls off and they "hold back". If you find that happening, I'd suggest trying it in the shower or the bath, if you can get comfortable (see 1 above!).

4) If at first you don't succeed, (but you enjoy trying), try, try again!!

Yes I suspect you,ll be doing it much more now that you have experianced your 1st gushing.

I just find it odd though that lots of women on here say they do it, now ok im relatively new to swinging but i would say i go very regularly to Chams - over a 2 week period a month ago we went four times a week but now with partners work its had to go down to once a week ,anyway ive been a lot of times and i have never ever seen any woman in there squirt. Ive also been to a club in London and no squirting was to be seen there either, so until i see it with my own eyes i guess i wont truly believe it.

he he I was a skeptic like you until a fem squirted all over my easy chair! Later an experienced couple managed to make me gush but I couldn't do it myself for ages and ages. Took me about 6 months or more of exploration till I managed to do it for myself and it was well strange, so I did it several times that evening, just to check mind! True though, it does not always work so there must be a brain thing there too.

I plucked up courage and asked a doctor about squirting once and he said that women differ in the amount of vaginal fluid they produce and this can be down to how aroused they are, and their age as older women can experience a decline in vaginal fluid, but he said to achieve the amount of fluid to be able to gush out like a fountain can only come from the bladder.

im not sure if that is correct and i expect we will hear loads of ladies say thats not correct.

i also agree that sometimes its hinted that the non squirters amongst us are somehow not as sexy or as talented as the squirters and that is not the case. As long as its enjoyable then thats all that matters and i dont feel less of a woman cos i cant squirt

Change your doctor. Normal women do it every time. Even when they are only thinking about it. It comes out of my ears on a good day. Great feeling but very embarrasing in Tesco's.
