getting meets

why is it so hard to get a meet on here we have tried everything any tips thanks fabbers

it sometimes takes time guys, you have only been on the site a week and some people may avoid newbies or un verid people, clubs and socials are generally a bit easier and can be fun! everyone has different expectations and reasons and there is no 100% method, stick at it and read the similar posts on here

i always say to people "time, patience, and basic common sense"...

7 days isn't really giving it time.... and not really showing a whole lot of patience.......

i'll leave the profile stuff to other people... but to me it actually doesn't really say anything....and doesn't say anything about the people you are after....

. Does take time and Omagh does not have the best of roads to get to . However as you can accommodate you will find some eventually . Have you contacted any advertisers or are you expecting them to come to you ?.

We have been here before although we had meets,we haven't had one in 5 months,we have tried different profiles but doesn't seem to help.

Changing profiles won't help. You'll just look new all the time. Stick with this latest profile and be patient. I'm the meantime why not try a club of two?

2 things on your profile will come across as very negitive.

"NOT MEETING SINGLE GUYS AT THE MOMENT... "

Now thats fine you not doing that but it is easier to block single males and less likley to put people off

Secondly "We have face pics but will not send until we receive yours" now if we read that we would be put off and not even start chatting as we would probably think you were going to be problematic and just move on.

It might not be the total issue but as you asked those are 2 possibilities.

Sense of humour helps..message someone with a bit of light hearted fun and if you get a response you know they are like minded! We were only on a week when we met our first couple, now they are friends! In fact that can be said about the others we met too..gotta have a laugh xx

It will be restrictive for many.

Some will be at work during the day. Others will have children and be unable to do late meets.

The question is ask is what are you doing to be proactive?

Are you sending messages yourself, actively searching through profiles and putting in the leg work?

Or waiting for others to message you?

Exactly. It can come across as "entitled", ie, you expect people (who have been here longer) to come to you and jump through hoops to prove why they are worthy of you.

Now please bear in mind I said "it can come across" not "its what you're doing", so my comment is more of a guide for what to watch against.

If you wouldn't want to be approached or treated in a certain way, then that's an indication how not to approach people. Start with that and see how you go. But be patient, took me a year to get my first meet, but I've never looked back since
