So I'm currently unverified (not that it bothers me I get enough interest) but state clearly on my profile that I have been on the site before. Was talking to a guy about arranging a social meet, anyway he cancelled a couple of days before so I arranged another social meet which went well

updated my status yesterday saying I was looking forward to Wednesday (meet number 2 with the 2nd guy) & the 1st guy messages asking why I'm looking forward to Wednesday, me being honest say it's because I have a meet

then get a reply from the 1st guy saying well in that case we will never meet. Which left me feeling a little surprised but a tad relieved we never met, is this the oddest reason given not to meet though; because you're using the site for what it's intended for. Answers on a postcard please

We experienced this in fact the guy actually said he felt insulted we met someone else!

Some people get mightily possessive on the scene. They just don't understand what the scene is about!

Weve had a cple guys ask why weve planned meets with others when weve a meet planned with them. Not at same time obviously as that would be bad.

I think some guys feel vulnerable and maybe a tad inadequate and possibly feel we wouldnt want to meet them after we meet others.

This type of behaviour would put us off meeting guys like that.

They have to realise we do this for us not them and we will meet who we like when we like

They sure do I had been chatting a Lady for a while, organised a meet and then she cancelled saying she would not meet anyone who had a FWB

I once had a woman I'd met on here a few times tell both my ex-girlfriend and my new girlfriend how we had something special

Possessive and a bit scary. Luckily I'd told both of them something of my history before so it wasn't too bad - but not a pleasant weekend. Especially as it happened within a couple of weeks of two very horrible life events
