What too put in a first message to someone? Because what ever I'm doing isn't working.

We flounder there as well.

How do you start a conversation with someone you have never met.

If lucky there maybe something in their profile or photos you can comment on but if not what do you say?.

It's made especially difficult if their profile states " no one liner messages ".

Give us something to go on for goodness sake then!.

IMO what you put in a first message is not what all judge you on. If they read your profile and it's not what they're seeking, the message will get deleted.

Personally I would never send a face pic in a first message but each to their own.
