Tips on anything really. What do girls like to see in a profile. What would they like to see in your personal statement. In your pics. I know it's going to differ from person to person but there must be some common likes and dislikes.

I had a very thorough profile prior to my current one which is just a bit tongue in cheek. The 200 plus verifications isn't really what I'm looking for as I'm not a hardened swinger and neither do I wish to become one in a numerical sense. Basically I'd like to meet one or two like minded females and possible a cpl to meet with on a regular basis. This was all in my previous profile statement. I'm not knocking anyone that has lots of meets, each to their own and all that, but it's not what I'm looking for. That said, it's nice to have input from all sorts

OP - its all about perception you may like the pic - but if the people you are trying attract do not: well then you are not going to get anywhere - as you say "simples".

Actually my point, if you actually read what I wrote, was that there are hundreds of threads that address the same problem, the implication being that they can easily be researched to give some positive advice and suggestions

However, your reply indicated that you don't have the time to do that, so it seems it's now up to others on here then to spend time making the same suggestions and giving the same advice all over again....

Thank you all for your comments and advice. My profile is very tongue in cheek as I'd written a fairly well detailed one previously with my likes/dislikes and a little more info on my self and had no more response than I have with the current one. As for face pics that's a bit of a dilemma for me, I have them in my private pics which I'm happy to share but living in a small town I'd rather keep them private. I'll try to get some less intimate and hopefully more tasteful pics up and have another bash at the profile tonight. I'm not looking for loads of meets or notches on the bed post, quite the opposite really.

this is a good attitude,I think some people have massively high expectations of entitlement and can't understand when its doesn't happen as they thought it would because they have joined a site where sex is available

Not at all. He didn't offer any advice other than to look through the many previous threads of the same nature. But, as someone new, how would I know of the existence of these threads? So basically he was just having a moan about another newbie posting the same old thing and my response to him is don't read it. No one is forcing any one to read the threads and if it doesn't interest you then why bother to comment? I've had an awful lot of encouraging and helpful feedback on this thread so I feel justified in my original post and in my comments to him.

On the whole I'd say most comments have been helpful and positive, this included. I'm not one for just sending a "fancy a shag" message. I think my current profile states that I'd like to meet socially in most cases just go see if there's a spark or a connection. Thanks for your feedback
