Newbie here. I'd like to verify someone but not sure how to do and can't find in faqs. Help please.

OP, forgive me, but you have me somewhat confused.

Whilst this is a perfectly acceptable question for a newbie to ask, you state on your profile that you have been here before, though admittedly, you don't reveal for how long.

Would I be correct in assuming that you did not become verified during your last time here?

Just a question, we know single men cant verify first, but why can a single woman verify first? Is it cos there are such a lot of single men around? lol.

Anyone can verify first, being a man, woman, tv/ts, couple makes no difference. The only thing stopping anyone verifying is that they have to have been verified themselves

Things were different back then.

I understand that it used to be possible, when the site first started, for unverified users to verify others.

Maybe it was discovered that the system could be abused, or maybe due to sheer numbers, but processes are evolved, which is why we have the system as it currently stands.

Yes I had 6 verifications before I left but don't get the point you are trying to make. FYI was part of a couple first time around.

You've got me looking at my post again now wondering if actually made a point or not, lol.

Thinking I might have fallen a little short there. Ooops.

I think the point I was heading to was regarding your previous experience of the verification system.

I can only assume that your first meet under your previous profile may have been with an already verified member and therefore it's conceivable that you have not been in the position that you're in previously.

That said, I would say that your question has now been answered
