I am meeting a couple for a soft swing 3some. He's listed as sraight. . She bi.. Is it bad to check he is straight? Reason being, ive read other profiles where he says hes straight but is willing to play in the profile text.. Am i out of order just asking them?

No you're not. I think it's best to make sure you know where you stand. Good luck, hope it goes well.

They should not mind you double checking that they are what they say they are i.e he is straight! Just as they have the rights to make sure that you are what you say you are. If that makes sense

It's all about setting the ground rules so no disappointments

I don't think even if he were bi, he is likely to start bumming you without asking if you want it with, or without, lube first.

Im sort of half way with this

While I think clarifaction is ok I also think its a bit of a cheek to question someones status

Do I really want to be around someone that may not be entirely comfortable with another man around?

I don't really

Brighton - even Hove!

I'd ask as part of the pre meet conversation about boundaries and ground rules. Nothing wrong with checking

I would have thought a quick do's/dont's question would clear that up...

but I thought any potential bi play thing would have come up mid discussion before any meet had been arranged....

Are you going to ask her to confirm she's Bi?

When we were members of another site we had a couple of meets with straight men who "in the heat of the moment" forgot that they were. A has no problem being naked and sexual around another man who is being naked and sexual, he just doesn't want contact other than what you'd expect in that situation......these men did. I don't think there's any harm in making it clear what your definition if straight is.

TBH if we were planning on meeting someone and they started going on about me being straight that would ring alarm bells and the meeting wouldn't happen.

Likewise if a guy that said he was straight 'got carried away' then the meeting would be over. If I ever become bi-curious I am quite capable of changing our profile to show that.

If someone lies on their profile they are hardly likely to change their story if you ask them to confirm it

I don't think the op was thinking of going on. Just clarifying boundaries I think thats a good thing.

I always clarify to the lady that I'm straight and no one takes offence when a woman defines a boundary, it shouldn't be a problem for a man to either.

If he gets out a massive bottle of lube and pulls your arse cheeks apart... ask him then...

Maybe I AM wierd then (I just asked Debs and she said "You know you're wierd", bitch) because if e.g. we were meeting you two it just wouldn't occur to me to confirm A was straight.

If you want to ask, then ask....but if a play meet has been arranged then surely you have discussed boundaries between yourselves?

I couldn't possibly say if you are weird or not

We don't make a whole song and dance out of it but we do make sure that people we are meeting know that we are both straight.

We have met men who are straight on one profile and bi on another.

I think that's a very good point.

1 more question, if he is bi but it is agreed beforehand on str8 play only, are you still going to meet ?
