I have a good friend whose wife is disabled, he loves her to bits but due to her being poorly and bed bound he has no sex life , they both young and he is getting frustrated , he says he has needs he works but is his wife's main carer he does every thing for her never complains . But last week he said he wants to find an escort what should I do ?

Well he should man up and discuss the problem he has with his wife,otherwise his just another cheater...

They have spoke about it , but is head is all over , she said he needs to fill his needs , I don't know what to say ?

Theres nothing to say if he has discussed the problem with his wife,its between them..if shes ok with it...

He's not I don't think , he's unsure , he thinks the idea of paying is wrong , just thought I has for people's opinions

his wife may prefer the idea of him paying. It's purely a contractual arrangement then.
