younger guys getting meets advice

Hey im a younger guy, i find it hard to meet or even chat on here, is it because of a bad rep due to other young immature 'dickheads' tortureing others ? Any tips

Yea man where u from ? Over in belfast there isnt as many people about just gay men tormenting me no matter how many times you tell them its not your thing

To be fair in our experience most younger guys have been the more respectful ones and can hold a great conversation even when told they are too young still happy to chat x

I'm in the same boat, but I've had quite a few meets. Keep plugging away at it, only message verified users so you're not wasting your time messaging people who aren't genuine, read their profile/preferences, and tailor your message to that. Don't get too frustrated if you are struggling, and don't spend too long on this site or it'll get on your nerves. Just take it light, and message people who you think could be tempted by a younger man.

Maybe the gay men 'torment' you because they think you might be bisexual. The reason why they might think you're bisexual is because you had a meet with a couple where the guy was bi-curious.

Put pictures of your dad on your profile, lie about your age and when you meet tell them the pictures were taken in future.

The reverse seems to work for those trying to look younger.

What helped me the most was definitely here in the forums. I come here everyday, multiple times a day and make my self known. I socialise, if gives people a chance to see who I am and they often look at my profile.

I was invited to a big birthday social at a club not long ago and because of that, it gave me a lot of verifications. It showed a lot about myself, it showed I was genuine and it showed I was a social guy.

A good profile helps, good photos help, most importantly how you interact with others is what can determine a successful meet or not.

Very wise words! (But then he always has a lot to say, usually most eloquently!)

He's constantly teasing with 'new' photos too!!!

But in all seriousness, he makes a good point, as many on this post have....sell yourself, don't focus on the negative, keep it light and fun and get yourself involved in socials.
