A creep I had been chatting to contacted my meet verification to make sure I was genuine!

I am not happy with that.

I have therefore hidden my verification and blocked the creep BUT

I was wondering whether this should be allowed at all.

Its allowed,although its not something I would do some people want to be reassured that you are who you say you are before a meet

The only way to stop it happening again is to hide your verifications and your friends list x

I don't think it is a nice thing to do but sometimes when it is female to female speaking about a shared meet, it is the sisterhood looking out for each other and excused, but guys doing it are frowned upon greatly.

You have a point there. If it was about safety we would have no problem with it. If it's about being a creepy stalker then the Op is right to be concerned.

I met a guy for a social who turned out to be creepy, so left it at that, to only be told buy one of my veris that he had got in touch to find out how he got me into bed! Thankfully he's not on here now!

we had a couple message us once asking about girl girl fun and if we had met many couples or fems that we would introduce them to, when we explained that we wernt going to do the legwork for them they then messaged a few of our friends and veris saying that they were friends of ours the cheeky sods, we had only messaged them twice and had never met them, they have left the site now thankfully

It seems to be ok when women do it about men, ie ask other people if he is ok....no one calls them a creep

If you don't like what someone has done / said or implied then the best thing to do is block them
