Has anybody had cause to contact admins and what was thier response like?

i contacted admin about 2 months ago... my pictures wouldnt upload just kept saying error, they replied pretty quick and touch wood uploading pictures on the site hasnt been a problem since...... aparently there was a site error;

When ive needed them they have dealt with issues really quickly,even as recently as tonight,so I think they're great
