I've been on here for about 6 months. I only write emails to people that I think I've got a chance with and I write them all with care and effort. I've I've probably sent 60 emails in that time and had 3 replies of no thanks.

Am I doing it wrong, should I just carpet bomb the same email like some guys do or just give up. I'm starting to feel too old and too ugly!

You have swingers clubs in your interests, why don't you try one? It's much easier to chat to people face to face, go be open and friendly and expect nothing but s nice chat.... You might be surprised how you get on

I've thought about clubs, but feel nervous about what to expect. Anyone got any suggestions of particular clubs or club nights that are good for a nervous newbie ?

Expect to chat to some nice people, have a look at the club section and find one near you. Have a look at their websites

Clubs and socials are a good way to make connections with people, I'm sure that would help good luck

Your profile is vague.....I'd put an explanation of why you can't accommodate as that's a feature that will put a lot of people off.

southend

There is a social at a club in Dagenham in a few weeks, see if you can get on the list for that.
