I don't know how helpful my advice is, being a man (though have done as Jane suggests and had the missus put one of her vibes in me...), but I have a couple of rules for anal (which I love, BTW):

1) Make sure your partner is up for it! Sounds daft, but if she is not entirely happy, she won't relax, which will then cause her pain.

2) No means no. It doesn't mean there's anything wrong with your partner, it just means she doesn't want to do it. Accept it!

3) Take it slow, with lots of lube. I would recommend some proper rimming to get the area really wet as well as other lube - hopefully the rimming helps with relaxing as well. Also start off with fingering - if she doesn't like that, she won't want your cock in her...

Sound advice.

I find that mrs prefers me not to thrust all the way in and out, preferring when inside, to make slower, smaller movements.

But she must always be very relaxed, and only ever when she says so, its not good to "ass"ume that bum fun is always an option, as for us it's as and when she is in the mood.
