cam freeze

Love to cam, but getting extremely disappointed with the cam room on this site, it seems every 5 mins I'm having to reboot because my cam freezes, I have the newest version of flash and adobe, any other ideas? happens if I switch to the older version cam too.Emailed the site and they have brushed me off with 'we can't answer every post, just look on forum' as a supporter of this site for the last year v disappointed with that response
