Sorry all,I should of put more info.. The thing is,I've been fisted a cpl of time's now and got to say...I realy enjoy'd it. Is a bit of a under statement.. .

I'm Not normally Shy of been forward in asking for what I want in the bedroom,shall we say..lol. BUT when it come to This,I turn to Mush..I know its just a case of saying 1'more..But I carn't.

Without sounding too vulgar ( ), I dont normally ask... Generally reach down and grab the wrist to 'force' the issue, throw in a bit of hip wiggling and the men usually get the idea! All happy, a great night and very wet sheets too xxx

I love to fist & my girlfriend is only 23 she hasn't had kids but loves me doing it to her. She is normally very tight liking 2 or 3 fingers but when sheas in the mood for fisting it usually comes after we've had an hour or so fucking. I find the secret is :

a. A good lube that doesn't degrade to quick & not one that tinggles

2. Time. Push a few fingers up at a time. Try streching using fingers off both hands maybe. Putting 8 fingers in as if praying will stretch & at the same time their knuckles 'massage' the walls increasing blood flow

you could use increasing in size toys. We use 2 'cones' one standard & one large but I cut the top off the large one as it can go too deep.

C. Work together - she likes to take control initially, my arm propped up by the elbow & she squats on me bit by bit. As she takes my hand in she stops, tenses her muscles then relaxes a bit more

4. As the woman you need to tell him/her which way you like the knuckles - to the front pushing against your pubic bone, to the back making their fingers push up against your g spot or turning (if so speed)

5. Don't forget towels - almost all the ladies I've fisted gush & gush. It's an extreme pleasure & communication, time & patience is the key

I think you are confusing fisting and abstinence ...

Maybe the bigger the fist, the tighter it will become... Maybe the OP does pelvic floor exercises, which helps after birth, so a fisitng must be not far off...

OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD! Fisting has been one of my major fantasies for years and years and years but I've never, ever come close to doing it, let alone actually done it! And now I find that there are people who live near me who are doing it and loving it! - and the chances of them inviting a fat oldie like me to join in are so small as to be laughable!! I can't see how the sane person can do both at the same time unless your a contortionist! She can fist herself & you can go in the back door that's really great for both of you!!

Re earlier post on getting tighter - yes it does as I think the musclesbeing flexed so much start to improve their performance as any muscle does when it's used! Sometimes my GF is happy with a couple of fingers others it's more

Poppers do make a difference as they just help you relax i find, i also like them if doing anything "bum" related :O You can get a headache and some people dont like, i dont use them when go to a club i can if chilled enough managed without, but poppers in general tend to turn me into a bit of a animal anyway xxx
