I think the OP means the stainless steel cock rings rather than the stretchy plastic ones with a vibrating bullet. These obviously don't stretch and come in various sizes and can be fit around the cock, the scrotum, or cock and scrotum together. Some have all three rings welded together. You need to measure and get the right size or you may struggle getting it off. They are designed to increase size and delay ejaculation. Also makes the veins stand out a lot more.
