Trying to upgrade by text, but keep getting message unable to send, does anyone know why, I'm on orange by the way

I had silver site membership myself and had no problems at all. Like advised, double check number otherwise contact orange.

Do you have your account restricted so you can't do "Premium" numbers and purchases.

I have these restrictions, due to my son having a phone on another number on my account. It stops me from paying by text.
