verification tick!

Help me out here please people I am a little confused.

My understanding has always been that once verified by another Fabster a profile displays a green tick, thus letting others know the profilee has been verified genuine and altho it is possible to show or hide verifications, the green tick cannot be hidden.

Is that the case or have I got it wrong - just curious?

That's right. Whether or not you've accepted the verification, or they're hidden, the tick is there.

Yes you're correct.

The tick will show regardless of whether they have published their verifications or not.

It isn't just from meeting face to face though, it will also be there if only verified by Webcam.

I thought as much, had a newbie telling me today that he chooses to hide his verifications ..... and his tick!! Just wanted clarification that it isnt me who has lost the plot!!

The tick is given by the site admin when you upload a private face pick.

Whether you've met anyone or not. Thats what I thought anyway

That's photo verification and you get a green flag for that.

I had someone recently try that one on me... That as all his meets had left that he no longer had his tick.. When I pointed out the veries would still show on his overall summary and he would still have his tick.. he was no longer on site x
