"We only soft swing also and have never found this a problem when going to clubs. You have set your boundaries, so just stick to them and don't feel pressured to change them, even if it feels right at the time .. go away and talk about it. We go to No 3 mainly, they limit the number of single males and never had a problem with pushy people , be that couples or males… which works for us. Thing is, these threads normally turn into an advertisement for club regulars to state ' our club is best ' so you really need just to try a club when it's quiet and build up your confidence with the surroundings and then decide if you want to play. There is no rule saying you can't play in a couples room by yourself.. no means no , doesn't matter where you are. People can still watch you and that would be the same rule at any club you attend. Look at the cub web sites and get a feel for what the club is like and maybe just try a week night first before going on a weekend when there's more people and might be harder for you to relax. Hope you enjoy it , whatever your decision .. clubs are so much fun" | |||
