Sometimes you think doing things to hurt yourself to distract your mind from the real issues or give you some sort of comfort. It takes a certain kind of person to pull themselves out of those dark places and make positive changes. I admire those people.

Hence after a shitty year so far after my birthday next weekend it's time for a change. Healthy eating is back on the cards and I wanna shift 2 stone by Xmas x
