I don't think you can as you've been verified as a single male you'll prob shot need to set up a couples profile, report your own profile to admin and explain in the comments box they'll change it for you if it's ok x

was verified as a couple before i became single. Now couple again. As couple we were verified by single males. Tis causing some confusion i can tell ya x. Thanks for reply xx
