Getting the snip??

Hi advice and thoughts please I'm 44 and we have 3 kids 10,6,19 months I have always said that when we have finished having kids I want the snip. So here we are getting rid of all baby stuff as we go she tells me, and we have agreed that's it no more kids. So I say snip time she says NO I say why and after many weeks she said that it would make her feel that I would be less of a man. So I am confused can any one help?

We don't want any more , but I wouldn't want him to have the snip , happy to keep popping my pill and after having 3 I NEVER!! Forget to take it lol !! Do what's right for you both x

This is a big question and one for you to work out and as with any op things can go wrong...so talk to a professional. However, I did it over 20 years ago and never regretted it...not sure what your better half means but everything works just like it does now.

I want to get it done. She doesn't I don't understand and she can't take the pill so we rely on her cycle and condoms for protection. It's a worry

I have had it done and think its a good thing to do if youre definitely sure you dont want anymore kids. But think of the possiblity of breaking up and meeting someone else. What if she wants a child with you? It happened me as my breakup was totally unforeseen.

I had snip 15 years ago. When I had follow up test and doctor tolde I was a Jaffa it was like fuck that it part of manhood gone but that soon passed. Don't regret having it done. Canuck with no worries lol

im 57 ..had the snip ages ago.. nearly thirty years ... still able to cum up to four times a night .if you can afford to whynot have some sperm frozen .. i think im,still man enough for any fab lady who wants to test ne out lol

once we had made our minds up I just wanted it done. at the time nhs waiting list was near 12 months, I paid still met same doc had it done in coupe weeks

Get in and get it done.... but dont insulate the loft straight after..my mate did and ended up looking like buster gonad lol pain killers and a bad of frozen peas with ur feet up

I got snip after my second about 10years ago yer in and out in 10 mins. quick process. there really ain't much of a difference. Yer sperm colour looks pretty similar and ya get fine erections.

and yer turning into an old fucker anyways so there is always viagra. Now I can only asssume that if ya get the snip any new kids defo wont be yours so perhaps get the wife sorted too !!!

she should be grateful you are having it done my hubby had it done when our son was about 5, i was hoping it would be less messy when we had sex but it wasnt any different. i think thats quite a nasty thing to say to you.

I had the snip so long ago I can hardly remember when but probably 40 years ago. It was funny taking in "samples" once a month for three months and then getting a slip of paper saying I was now clear and that I "can now proceed as normal". The only problem I ever had was convincing a girlfriend that I wouldn't get her pregnant.

Had snip 3 years ago!! Best thing I ever done!! Although was in a world of pain for 2 weeks!!! (Most have an easy time after!!! I shit out!!!) doesn't change anything at all!!! If you were wondering!!

Had op done after my third kid was born. (The exe and I had planned 2)

Ejaculation and sensation are exactly the same as before.

When I was still married, the snilp took all of the worry out of sex and she relaxed a lot more. She also was able to.stop taking the pill

But what I don't get is the fact that she doesn't want me to have it done. I want it done I have no worries about function after the opp as far as I am concerned I do not want any more kids wether it's in this relationship or any other

My wife wanted me to get the snip but I was hesitant. I did get the snip in the end, last year and I must say it was a relief to get it done. We have 3 children between us (one each from a previous marriage and a son together). We definitely cannot afford having anymore children. Even if we won the Euromillions we wouldn't have the energy. I will be 60 when my youngest is 18. It just feels great to have care free sex with my wife safe in the thought she will not get pregnant.
