I have a long time ago. He always changed everything before we went to bed and was mindful of what he ate for a couple of days before avoiding anything that might upset him.

I think if you're upfront about it but don't make it the sole focus of any conversations you have, you may find people are more interested in getting to know you rather than the stoma.

Guy took me to a room in the club and then said he had one, it didn't bother me in any way as I deal with them with work but I did tell him it would be better to mention it as not everyone would be as accepting.

Honesty is always best it would be very hard to be secret. Lots of us are not perfect including me and when you get chatting to someone you never know. These things can happen to anyone at any time.

I had an ileostomy op last year ive now had mine reversed . I was always honest when i met guys and no one ever had a problem with it. I use to a wear and top for my piece of mine but found being honest bout it was the best way

I have a ileostomy 32 years it hasn’t stopped me. I don’t know why you have to mention it it just a bag they don’t smell if used properly and empty and you wouldn’t have sex with a full bag. I have a medication patch on my arm not much difference it’s stuck to my skin. Btw my bags are sexy black anyone wants ask questions about stoma please dm me

Always be up front about it. At least then you know where you stand and you don't spring it on a woman.

A fuckbuddy years ago had an ileostomy. Made no difference to me then, and wouldn't now.

I went for the black ones as well, though I occasionally mix it up with the white ones…. They have a certain medical chic!

It has curtailed my activities somewhat, we’ve put off visiting a club/spa whilst I’ve got it, and I have a special belt that it sits in which I wear during intimate encounters. It’s as much to stop it flapping around as wanting to cover it up. I did exchange emails with BGHS about visiting with it and they displayed an educated approach, they’ve obviously been asked before about it.

Are you aware that there is a woman who created a company making nice undies for stoma users. Some have bands that look a bit like kinky straps but actually hold the bag snug and provide a little coverage. If I can find the link I'll post it later x

I had a couple couple weeks ago didn’t want to play with me because I said I have a bag, I told them after in a message you won’t get covered in poo ?? they don’t smell if they empty or you won’t catch anything they not dirty and you can’t see anything. I find false teeth gross but I wouldn’t be so rude and not play with someone the guy smoked and had cannabis which I find gross as well but I was going put up with that are we going have to get a check list to see if the other person body is Acceptable. Don’t be naive about stoma bags it’s quite upsetting when you get turned down because of a plastic bag that all they are . Some lady’s pussy need a good wash I’ve been with lately but if I said that to her people would say I was being hurtful.

Came across this post before starting a new one for the same issue.

i have an ileostomy and i've decided it's best to just be honest and upfront.

i understand it will put people off which is a shame but if i'm honest an open about it upfront atleast there won't be any surpises for anyone.

since i've updated my profile and put more body pictures on (obviously with a waistband on) i have noticed that people are now viewing my profile and in some cases just blocking me straight away now before we've even spoken.

like I say, it is a shame, I'm just a nice guy looking for the same as everyone else and if it isn't to be then so be it. I can't really blame anyone who wouldn't want to meet me etc, completely their choice and it's not as if the women aren't already spoilt for choice but it certainly doesn't help you feel very good about yourself sometimes.
