I am writing this in a moment of anger ! There seems to be people on here who are just plain nasty or is it a case of jealousy. And being a female myself I am sorry to say these seem to a women

Putting messages up saying that a friend of mine is a "Hooker". Messaging all her male friends on here and telling them this. This has gotten her very upset and wanting to leave FAB ! I have tried explaining this person obviously has problems in her life whether emotionally or mental. I persuaded my friend to report them but this as usual this has done no good as now this so called female has now put messages up saying "if you have slept with this women I am not interested". I do agree with the rule of no name and shame but the powers above need to sort this these people out. I have suffered from a very nasty person on here when I joined some 4 years ago now. He texted, emailed, messaged some very nasty threatening things and leaving nasty status's about me on his profile. To a point I didn't want to go home as he knew where I lived. I don't want my friend to suffer mentally from a person on here who is telling lies. Get a life and get on with it is my message to her. And my message to FAB is try helping someone who is lets face it getting bullied on your site. Sorry rant over...........well maybe not

I have one of these, she sends vile messages to men who are foolish enough to meet me! Especially to the ones she was keen on...

Get anyone who has received this nastiness from her to report her as well.

I've been called a slut by another local female due to my verifications.

I've had messages from females about guys I've met saying they only shagged you as I turned him down

Report her profile to admin. It's childish but true friends will be supportive and understand she's being silly. Ignore it.

Fab reflects life, there are nasty people in the swinging world and out.

There will always be 2/3 sides to any issue, best to report and let the admin people try and take action.

And try and ignore, these types of threads just fuel the issue.

I had the same problem a while back and the site owners did nothing about it. In the end I left for a while then got a new profile and blocked the person in question and won't meet or even chat to people who have meet or have the person on there friend list. Good luck to your friend its a horrible experience considering we are all adults and here for fun not abuse

Get your friend to make her friend's list private. It'll protect future friends of hers.

Consider a new profile?

Accept bullying is rife and get a thick skin (ie she needs to learn to let crap like this wash over her... It gets easier in time).

. It comes to something when you have to delete your account because of stupid people and admin do nothing about it. Ok it's a free site but we still pay something to it and we are human and help from the powers above would always be appreciated in something as serious as threatening behaviour, name calling and even a stalker( I left and changed due to one of them and no help!!!)

I have to say that we only get one side of the story on here,admin get both and they are the ones that actually see what has been said if profiles have been reported,You don't know if any action has been taken because they don't tell you,just because one person reports someone else it doesn't mean they automatically get kicked off the site

I think the same as others that it might be an idea for your friend to hide her friends list, veri's etc so they remain private.

Could be an idea to delete the profile and start afresh too.

I'm sorry that it appears that admit has done nothing. Whenever I have had problems with people it has been sorted quite quickly.

To be honest, both you and your friend should block this person so she can't see what's going on on your profile. If she is saying stuff on her status and people are believing her then I'd say those aren't the sort if people you want to be meeting anyway. Giving her any publicity, albeit without naming and shaming, is just letting her know that she is getting to you and your friend and giving her the power she craves.

I did have this on another site, a woman in with my partner, I lost my account, men hounding me.

They were dancing to her tune, obviously put them on a promise woman calling me sad, he only had one night with her, and all her friends inboxing me sad things.

Amazing what a bullying woman can do with the promise of opening her legs behind a keyboard never to your face.

I got another account, and rode it out, then watched another woman get it once I became old news, they all admitted they were in her gang, dear god, people of that age, obviously no life away from a site.

Hold in tight, why should you go!

so how do you know she is putting up these statuses if you have both blocked her.,if and I say if, other people are telling you then do you best to ignore it as some fuel on all the drama of it and run telling tales.

it will be difficult but no reaction is often the best way forward.

Over the years, I have known people come and go multiple times, many many times and each time there was drama... they attracted it like a moth to a flame. There was definately something in the way they behaved that attracted the fools.

Hope you get it resolved

Block them, don't delete your profile, change your user name and they can't find you if they use a different profile to the one blocked

I've experienced the vindictiveness of some people in the real world so know how vile some can be. It's part of the reason why both my friends list and verifications on here are hidden.

I had similar issues but with a guy on my single profile. It really beggars belief that grown adults behave in such an immature way. I hide my friends list and my verifications because of it, I just don't need the hassle and don't want people I've met being pestered for no reason. Some people really need to get a life and spend their time getting meets, not making life a misery for decent people.

I to have encountered this from another female as i had met a guy who she had met, the abuse started when i refused to give out this guys number. Then she contacted all my verifications saying that they needed to get checked out as i had goven the guy in question an std. Totally untrue and backfire big time as i only ever play safe. I blocked her all was good. Then she returned with a new user name and started again because i had met another guy she had met. Saying that i had to meet my own men not hers. Its like she owns them once she had met them. Again the nasty threats etc started. I reported and blocked. But thats all you can do im afraid. Since found out she has hassled a few ladies like me. But its not nice being someones target of abuse.

I'm surprised this hasn't been closed yet! Many people have examples of things like this, one of us was threatened with physical violence on one message once which was reported and nothing was seemingly done, it's such a shame that people are left feeling that no matter what they do they don't get the backup they need or deserve, have often wondered if the allegations are serious and continuous and affecting you in such a way ( the scared to go home comment) wether it's best if you don't feel your getting support from admin, to report it to the police.

I know these kind of people can be hurtful,but your mate has to hold her head up,and carry on as normal,hiding verifications and friends list,dont put up winging statuses,leaving wont solve it,people give up in the end,they just carry on on next person,anybody says anything to her thats read the statuses,just say yeah i know its like a playground here

Woman are the worst for this sort of thing . I had it for years on others sites because they never wished me to play with the men they was meeting and be at places they was going too had it here too but not so much. I had most things said about me too ... But when you know its not true you let them get on with it and think others must know what they are like as people. I will not go down to there level and play the same games I am a better person . She can report to fab and get on with her own life as they will love to think they got to her and upset her ... x

There is a certain type of person who needs a target for their spite, vitriol and hatred it's usually someone they don't know personally and has recently been well illustrated in a couple of threads about a little known reality TV participant. I don't know what you do about these people because they don't seem to be self aware but I would go along with the other suggestions to both block her, hide the friends list and hope she goes away, knowing what she's saying will affect no one but the person she says it about and gives her what she wants.
