Everywhere and nowhere baby

There are a male and female on here that have got together and created a couples profile. They have used their single profiles to verify their new couples profile. Is that allowed?

I don't know if its allowed but a good way to find out would be to report it .

What would happen if I reported it? They would probably just open a new one I suppose.

I don't know because admin get so many reports that they can't let people know outcomes. Otherwise the only thing you can do is block them. It seems wrong somehow to do it like this but I suppose they know they're genuine

I would report them, especially if their only verifications are from their own single profiles.

Why? what would reporting them achieve? You've said they're real people. I'm pretty sure admin have much better infringements of rules to deal with. To me it sounds like a kid in the playground saying they're going to tell on them to the teacher.

It should be reported to Admin. Verifications shouldnt be from your own account.

I didn't say I was going to report it at all. I just asked if it was allowed. Verifications to yourself from yourself doesn't sound right.

No teddys or dummies flying about, not from me anyway.

Technically they've met each other so can verify the fact.

What's the problem. This site is overly administrated in the extreme as it is, no need to go full police state.

Myself and Ruby met on here and we have a couples profile. We never considered verifying it from our singles account as we find it would be dishonest.

I understand why some people would do it, I just don't agree that it's totally upfront.

When I met my boyfriend on here and we set up our couples profile we never considered verifying ourselves from our singles accounts either. We have got plenty of friends who have met us both together and separately that could verify us xxxxxxxxx

However if effect you would be verifying yourself... Not really within the spirit of the rules

i cant see where the problem is, if youve half a brain cell you would spot this straight away, i would be checking the verts on they single profiles and see where that leads lots off fake profiles on here with fake verts

I've found a singles profile prostituting herself! Kinda ruins the idea of the site.

Report that too, it isn't allowed.

If they chose not to display their veris, nobody would be any the wiser. They would simply appear as a verified couple.

Agree with you there, I have a single male account and as far as I'm aware your not allowed to verify yourself. My question would be how did th they manage to do it? If you gave logged in using the same connection you cannot verify those accounts yourself.

Depends what the veri is. Is it just them each saying I'm so so so I'm the male/ female in this couple.

That seems fine as it let's you know who each is and that they're not just pictures nicked from profiles to make a fake account.

Different is its saying G I've met this couple they're great though that would be wrong.

But just as a way of linking and confirming who the singles accounts are I'd say is fine

They are verifying the couples profile by pretending they've met them. Not as themselves. I'm not taking too much interest in other peoples lives as has been suggested. I just like things to be fair. Nothing wrong with that.

As far as I know, it's against site rules for a couple to verify each other's single accounts.

I have a couples profile with my fb, we both have single profiles on here but would never dream of verifying ourselves, its a bit odd and pointless really. Verifications aren't overly important to us but I know others like to see them.

we have reported a few of these profiles before and see them still on the site, now we choose to spend more time messaging profiles and reading and cross checking, we end up doing more investigations than Scotland yard one of the main reasons we mainly meet at clubs is down to the amount of strange profiles on here

being unfair would imply someone gaining an advantage over another, in this case over you... I really don't see the advantage they are gaining over yourself in this instance.

No advantage over me at all. I just think of couples looking for couples seeing veri's that aren't real.
