I know its mainly body confidence aswell. but I used to feel ok and not care about meeting O.o wtf." We all go through phases like that. Sometimes taking a step back gives us time to get things back into perspective. Try going for a social meet first which will take some of the pressure off. Good luck and keep your chin up xxx | |||

You might find you go through phases with this, I have periods where I feel OK and don't worry too much and other periods where I feel so anxious I almost wonder if it's worth it (it is) I try to remember that it is NEVER as bad as it is in my head beforehand, experience has taught me this. I have never had a bad meet or been rejected as unattractive or not been able to turn a guy on, or had nothing to say, all the things I worry about. And when I say worry, I have literally shook on my way to meets. And do remember that the other party may be just anxious about performance, expectation and worrying if you'll fancy them. If though it actually makes you unhappy you need to think about whether it's right for you right now. | |||
