It appears for a lot of Fabswingers the cut off age is 55. Give us people who have just gotten over that a chance! There's not much difference. Or, let's have a category 55 plus or minus a few years.

There might not be a difference but it's their age range, no point in trying to think you have a chance by convincing them, so just respect it and move on

Technically, my cut-off is about 65, but I could possibly go higher. Granted, there has to be an attraction, and the person has to be physically up for it, but those things go for any age. Actually, most of it would be meeting the person face to face and seeing what's going on, rather than setting an actual age and saying 'Sorry, nobody older'.

Just my opinion!

last may I hit 50 and all of a sudden it seems weve ive grown three tits and a lumpy arse etc..turned into a troll!.

I message women and get no reply etc..

Maybe their real cut off age is 50 but they're allowing 5 years grace. My cut off age is 49 so I have a two year grace period

I found the trouble with having a higher age range meant that people that had knocked 10 yrs off or had really really hard lives were messaging me,my husband looks good for his age,some messages I was getting were from men that looked like they could be his Dad!

We all have our limits

i cut off in the 50's range but i don't think anyone would hold that against me... IM 24... I dont wanna meet people my parents age. I have met ppl that have children older than me and its a little weird

Age is a preference.

Like gender, sexuality or any other personal detail. You can't change it - and why should others change their tastes to suit you?

There are plenty of profiles that seek all kinds of age brackets - as well as those that prefer to meet specific ages. Wishing people would change to suit you won't make it happen.

And nor should it.

I'm 56, going on 57 in November, and haven't found my age to ever be any problem. My meets tend to have initiated from women and couples who've contacted me, with about a third coming from my contacting them, so I suspect that age is less of a concern than one might imagine
