private notes

Now I admit I don't use them... however would it be possible if you have previously mailed someone and they've replied, to be able to click on your envelope and it show the last conversation you had?

Or am I going to be berated gift not using private notes?

always use private to note down you've messaged them so if they say then you don't end up messaging them again and forgetting you've messaged them in the first place or just block em

If I have had a conversation with them and caught them out as I did one guy, I copy and paste the messages into the note facility to remind me next time they send me a message. And it is possible to copy and paste the stream of messages you have exchanged which sometimes is helpful.

I also use it to remind me of why I am not interested in someone, if someone is a perpetual random friendship requester and of course, if I like them and want to meet again

As you're a site supporter it not only shows that you have messaged someone on their profile, but also (if you don't delete their messages) shows your last conversation with them in your inbox.

I am aware of that however without having to scroll through or delete months of messages, could the envelopes not automatically be linked to the conversation?
