pictures being rejected over a week later?

Hi. I just wondered if anyone could help as to why my pictures are being rejected over a week later after they've been accepted?

Havent a clue it happens to me now and again ,can be a couple of days to a week,i just Edit slightly and resend

Edit how as ive put a black banner across the eyes and I've come on today and even photos of just me have been rejected.

I didn't think there was a rule for posting pictures of yourself. .A lot have been up over a year!
