I would recommend anyone interested or trying Estim

has a google for Smartstim there is a mass of experience and advice there.

The generally accepted guidance on estim is to keep everything below the waist. The last thing you want are stray electrical pulses around the heart or you could find yourselves needing a rather more specialist electrical stimulation device and I doubt defibrillation is much fun.

Started the tens play last year with a pad on each of us then run your fingers up and down the ladies body paying attention to sensitive areas. The majority of e-stim toys on the market will fit the tens leads so then u have nipple clamps , pin wheels etc at you disposal

Pmsl .. whilst I was shackled onto door frame my better half decided to get tens machine out .. .. one pad on too at base if cock .. other under balls .. ither pads on ass cheeks .. blindfold added to me for "extra" stimulation ... the good lady started to turn up the setting making me tingle ..but when reached highest setting .. she said .. thats no good .. batteries must be flat ... sooooo clever kass that she is .. took old batteries out and slipped brand new ones in ... without turning machine off at highest settings .. needless to say I screamed blue murder and ripped the door frame off lol ... ... .. beware a blonde wannabe ... enjoy ... .. ... p.s. Be careful. As with any electric muscle stimulation do not create a line through the heart... Eg not one pad in each nipple... That is very dangerous.

Most recommend below waist use but whatever you do no shortest path for electricty through the heart.
