Hate to admit it that I don't get as hard as I used to ! Age is a terrible thing.

I have read lots of stuff on the net about this supplement but wondered if anyone here - real people - have tried or are using this?

Arginine and all the other amino acids are included as the norm in most powders these days. I get best results from USN IGF1.

How the hell do you eat 800g of chicken a day? Thats like an entire farm!!!

I've taken it a fair bit in recent years through protein shakes and other supplements, but never on it's own. I know what you mean about not staying as hard as you used to, but can't say I've ever noticed any difference with or without. Probably best spending your money on good quality natural food like the other chap mentioned.

Never noticed any difference in hardness.

I'd say lounge too. Generally, if your diet is good with the following ingredients, then you should be getting a good supply of this amino acid - meat, poultry and fish, dairy products, and nuts. If your diet is deficient, then you could consider altering your diet, so that you get a broad range of foods to provide a range of nutrients, including this one. There may be some benefit from taking it naturally, rather than as an artificial additive too - the science is out.

As for the op - I haven't taken supplementation, so can't help in that respect.

FFS I'm slow off the mark today.

You referring to L'Arginine as a cock thing as often advertised by penis enlargment sites or are you purely rreferring to muscle definition? lol

Excess protein can be stored as fat but only if not utilised properly. Its normally 1g to every pound or 1.5g to every pound if your on a vigorous exercise routine.

Undoubtedly they are much heavier than you therefore with their body mass they would need a higher ratio of protein. I did also state 1.5g to every lb when training heavily. Sounds to me this 800g is the main and possibly only source of protein throughout the day?

Surly you must take supplements too before the gym? It is good to mix up your protein intake through different sources nuts, dairy, meat etc.

If you took 800g at a normal size most would be disposed of through your urine or turned into excess calories and stored as fat.

It's more to do with your own genetics and body than anything else. I eat what I want, when I want ...including loads of crap (fry ups, cream cakes, take-aways, with not loads of veg) does make any difference to my body externally. However, I'm starting to eat more healthily for the sake of my heart and other internal organs

these big numbers for protein are stupid.

one keeps talking of pro's.a pro bb'er is not a regular gym goer.they are taking a lot of steroids which allows your body to use the protein, not piss it out.

to the o.p dont waste money on acids, they wont harden your cock.they are pointless.you get them all from your food.

viagra etc are cheap enough nowadays

Avoid pills where you can, whenever you can. No supplement is only good for you, as all of them have side effects and buildups due to the delivery method.

Best way to stay healthy is to eat healthy, which means a lot more cooked food with 5 a day being a minimum.

More so in nature, which we cannot avoid, it is the law of use it or lose it. If you have more sex your sexual health will get better. So here is a goal I suppose

I used to believe all that '1g protein per pound of bodyweight' stuff, until I tried eating less and found my results were no different. Most studies I've read these days say the maximum protein n active human can assimilate is more around 1g per KILOGRAM, though I don't actually bother calculating my own protein intake.

There's a lot of snake oil salesmen on the web and just the plain misguided.

With age, the circulation slows down/gets weaker, (given we all sit down more than we should) especially the peripheral circulation (which drives your willie) suffers first. Only way to fix that is cardio vascular exercise, which will encourage you to eat better and your body will demand it of you -its a positive cycle.

But check with the Doc first just in case.

Maybe some extra vitamins might help as well. Ginseng & Garlic worked well for me as it increases your blood pressure and blood flow - but only with exercise.

To the poor op who has had to read a complete and utter load of drivel thus far .

The supplement you are looking for is arginine ketogluterate , a powerful nos inducing pre workout aid .

It's effects are similar to Viagra , and taken an hour before sex , it may help .

Lol no 800 grams isn't that much chicken at all. 1 and 1/2 chicken tendera is about 100 grams. So it's approx 3-4 normal sized chicken breast.

having a farm and producing chicken,

you will be eating lots of antibiotics and other chemicals, unless you are eating organic free range birds.

Estrogen is included in chicken production as we want more breast meat and less muscle.

remember, less is more!

As mentioned above, test boosters may help, but also look at your diet and lifestyle, there may be contributing factors.

This amino acid helps the relaxation of red blood cells in the body helping bloodflow and circulation so this could help you.
