Message from a non user?

Can anybody help- I keep getting messages from a person who does not have a profile name it just says. ()

When I click on their profile it just says no longer a member. I can't reply back to the message but I have a few questions...

1. Firstly how can non members see my profile? ( I have appropriate settings to stop this- supposedly)

2. Why would this person keep messaging me when I clearly can't reply or even know who it is that's messaging me

3. They say often in the messages meet me or call me- with no number, details

or anything

I'm not in the slightest bit interested in meeting them but still curious why this keeps happening

Answers please peeps cos I'm baffled !

It's different people sending msgs then deleting their accounts

Its not a non-member. Its a member who left the site after they sent the message but before you opened it. It may be several very shy guys, or one very very shy guy.

Ive had a message like that when i asked how they had my user name they told me they could google it admin told me to deleat my account

I had one saying I needed to prove my age to use sit. It looked a proper web site but wanted my credit card details so I came off it. It happened a few times then they never sent it again

the messages are from people who have deleted their profile once they have mailed u.

u can go into ur message filter and bloc mail from new members.. xx

This phenominon occurs on Fri evenings ( but gone Sat mornings ) and Sundays mornings after hang over horn !! Lol x

I found it was also over the New year holidays! Over 200 messages in 2 days lol
