me and my fella have been together 4 years, we love each other. the thing is my fella has tried swingin before so he's ok with everything, where as ive never tried anything like a full swap, i want to but everytime i try, i chicken out. any advice or idea's on how to overcome this??

Total trust in your other half and him in you , never stop talking to each other about the way you feel and take your time, go with what you're comfortable with at your own pace, soft swing is always a good place to start and above all if you do decide to come over to the dark side lol - have fun

I wouldn't call it chickening out, you just aren't ready. Step back, don't put yourself in a position where full swap is on the cards maybe meet for soft swap?
