New year new profile?

After writing what I thought was a decent profile last year, it didn't bring me much luck in the way of meets. I'm thinking as it's a new year I should revise my profile but would like some advice as to where you think I'm going wrong.

Please look at my profile and tell me what I should take out and leave in and also what I should add.
