because of their elasticity finding the right size isn't as important. It is with a steel one though. With rubber, you can literally fit everything into a very small one.

They stop the flow of circulation, giving you a bigger, thicker hard on. They dont stop you coming (different for other people) any faster, they are just a turn on that gives you a larger cock for the time you're in it.
