Have you got anyone in real life you can talk to? Do yourself a favour and ask them for a chat. Pop over to see someone you know for a cuppa. A problem shared is a problem halved. Bottling up emotions is storing up trouble.

No one should be totally alone, even more so at this time of year x

Grab your best mate and head out for a bite to eat/pint. Let him/her remind you that you're not alone.

Your mates would be devastated if they thought you felt alone. Lean on them, that's what they're for.

Hi there

Some good advice already given.. I agree with it all. Something that works (don't really knkw how ir why)? is to sitand write down your problems. Ask if there really anything you acn do about them and if this willmstill seem as overwhelming in 6 or 12 months time.

Sometimes the ONLY thing we can change is how we chose to look at thinks.

Allied tk this a list of thinhs youmare grateful for(by which I mean things of value tat have been given to you).

My list includes health, somemclose friends etc.

Both will seem counter intuitive, but try them!

I think you should always remember there are people out there worse off than you

This always works for me, even though it doesn't solve problems , it somehow provides you with the strength to carry on.

I hope your brothers get a grip and your auntie is soon better x X

(I also hope this doesn't sound harsh)
