I suggest a large pencil sharpener... On a serious and genuine note is it possible for a chap to be too big. After all the head of a baby is bigger than any bell end! Sorry if my ignorance is showing and yes I know some small women may have problems giving birth, its more of a general question.

At what point in their lives do most woman try and fit the head of a baby in their mouths? I seemed to have missed that phase!

No advice really just felt like being friendly. If they are unhappy then respect that. Some women like big cocks, some don't.

Well during childbirth a womans pelvic bone opens to allow the baby to pass through and obviously the passage from the womb to the vagina opens up, this only happens during childbirth, after childbirth it starts to return to its normal state of tightness, therefore there is no comparison

A vagina will *easily* accommodate up to double it's usual width and length.

Average vagina is about 4 inch deep when not aroused, so I'd say much over 9 inch and wide would be too much.
