Be *very* careful, try to use non-constricting ties and there are certain places where you shouldn't put rope, places where even light pressure from non-binding rope can cause nerve damage if left too long, you need to read up on these places, most books on bondage have this section or mention it as they go through the ties. Top tip: *always* have scissors handy (preferably medical scissors)

There is/was a web site that had videos on basic ties, but I can not remember what is was called, something like Loriels bedroom bondage
