please help been doing this a long time

as i was a swinger when i was married but now having probs with guys,

do i have to do things i not want to do or like just to please a guy ??

No of course not.

Set our what you like/what you don't feel comfortable doing before a meet and if they want you to do something you don't like during politely decline

if so then you really should stand up for yourself more lol.

life, as well as swinging, should be firstly for your own pleasure, then secondly for other peoples, but you really have to come first.

if you are unhappy, or uncomfortable doing something then just dont do it.

i admit i have been daft enough to do things i didnt want to do because i was talked into it or just felt like i was suposed to and afterwards i felt ashamed of myself for being so feeble.

now i say what i dont like and will only do what i want to do and i am enjoying myself much more, i still get men sometimes who try and change my mind but i am more careful about who i meet now.
