i was away from home and went to a swingers club.

one thing bothered me. a woman was being shagged, then when he went, another guy took over shagging her. this happened 3 times. they didnt know her so wouldnt have prior permission and didnt ask her before jumping on. she was on her back, legs open after each guy. is that some sort of swingers signal or somerthing. i would have had a go too but thought i'd be out of order. one other thing too, she wasnt checking for condoms being worn either.

basically i thought that without asking her first she might not want sex with a particular person. i would have done her too but if i started shagging her and she didnt want me to, i'd be in the wrong.. surely!!?

If she was lying on her back I'm sure she would of seen them coming up to her to have sex so could of told them before anything happened. Unless they were ninjas of course and crept up on her.

didn't assume anything of the sort!... I didnt post in the context of criticxising or judging anyone or moaning that i didnt get my end away..

as a mewbie observer I just want to know where my boundaries are when going into a club so asked yous lot on here what your thoughts were on that scenario, and if i were to join in would it be best to ask her first, or if there was some sort of swingers signal that anyone could join in.. OR all was pre-arranged..

We've seen this quite often but I'm sure they know what they're doing. She would've made a fuss if she didn't want it.

We saw a lady doing something similar too and assumed by context and location and the queue of men and women that she was ok with it. I think you did the right thing not joining in when you weren't sure of what was going on.

The only time I've had to be stern with someone was after I'd told them no thank you about 10 times. And they kept touching me regardless. Very frustrating...but a very rare thing.

Don't see anything wrong with that! R plays like that most club visits, but G is usually nearby to make sure the men are all wearing condoms. You do get the occasional one who thinks he can get away without. On one occasion he said "condom!" loudly to a man who was next in line, the guy scuttled out of the room and we never saw him again!

Absolutely. In the eyes of the law engaging in sexual intercourse with someone without their consent is rape. Rape does not have to be someone dragging a woman into the bushes at night with a knife to her throat. It can be entirely a matter of consent.
