Hi all.

we are off to eureka from yorkshire (the swinging one lol) the first weekend in November and staying on site for 3 nights. We are looking for interesting places to spend a couple of nights beforehand (not from a swinging perspective we are keeping ourself for eureka) that is interesting -historical- different or stunning. Basically somewhere on route or in anglia or south east.

Any ideas from you wonderful fabbers ?

ta in advance

I have no idea what it costs, but Ann Boleyn's childhood home Hever castle is the most stunningly beautiful historical place I have ever seen and there is B&B onsite.

East Sussex

I suggest Scotney Castle, its beautiful. Lots of Kent is gorgeous, just driving through the country side is worth it. If you can make it to Canterbury that's worth a visit too. Hope you enjoy.
