Muscle pain

Help please(likely more so from women) after last few meets mainly mmf's particularly active fun. Next day I get lot of pain,today is my back sore when bend after lady nights meet,time before was my bum and thighs. Makes very awkward trying to to let people know I'm in pain. Don't get me wrong love meets but hate this side effect

May sound silly but try doing some stretches before a meet.

I play rugby and im used to a beating but I use tiger balm and its great !

Take one paracetamol and one ibuprofen instead and put a hot water bottle wrapped in a towel try arching your back and gentle stretches hope that helps x

We are having a break for a while because John done his back weeks ago & even though its now a lot better he is still in a lot of pain.

We have tried all sorts of pain killers & creams but nothing works that good, he broke his neck about 8 years ago so no one will even massage it as their insurances don't cover them.

u cant beat tiger palm, and the smell is quality,

i use this after rugby and it works wonders

Tiger balm is good except when u go for pee or scratch your nuts before realising you should have washed hands first

Find a McTimoney Chiropractic.. They are very good ..If you look on You Tube it explains..

Having had neck/ back problems for long time I first went to an ordinary chiropractor but they hurt ...to put it mildly . The McT is so gentle but I usually just need one treatment to get back to normal..

worth a try I believe for any problem.

I'm glad it's not me who gets this! Feel like a decrepit old lady the day after a meet sometimes! I've noticed an improvement since I started at the gym/Zumba/swimming. That and stretches prior and post meet as someone suggested is the only other thing I can suggest.

Is it muscle spasms from the orgasms or just stiffness I use freeze gel on my back works wonders. After a good session I can still have jelly legs a few days later but I think that is something different x

i used to do my stretches before going out cycle racing and generally training but feel like i should do stretches before meets/clubs now myself.
