Hi all, just want to ask - as a newbey.

Message sent and been deleted - not interested, of course..

Message sent and showing as read -interested or not.

As I know single ladies & couples get loads of messages just want to check as I would never want to pester anyone...

Unless its replied to...assume the recipient isn't interested.

Some read messages on the go and reply later.

Some don't delete as they go but might bulk delete at end of day etc

Some couples might be waiting till the other is there to decide to reply/delete.

My advice... Ignore your sent message folder! Pretend it's not there. You'll drive yourself mad wondering. If you get a message in your inbox then they are the ones you need worry about x

This

We both access messages, but for example I haven't been around for a couple of days and there are messages opened but not replied to, and ones that are also unread.

We would then both need to talk about said messages before replying, and sometimes if you are really lucky you will get a reply from both of us haha

^^^^^This^^^^^ I actually delete all my sent messages so I don't get all paranoid and keep checking to see if they've been read and then start overthinking why they haven't been replied to. Fact is that as a single male the huge majority of your messages will be deleted. Hate to break it to you lol.

If they message back then looks like they are probably interested unless they state otherwise if they read then delete well that's pretty obvious what that means

I hardly ever reply, as most messages are sent off people who quite clearly havent read even the first sentence of my profile

As someone else has said, if I replied to everyone I would be here for hours. Not to mention that there are people who are horrible to you when you send a polite no thank you back.

Although actually, if they haven't read my profile they quite often get a sarcastic reply, advice to learn to read, then get blocked

If I replied to all my messages it would take me literally minutes every day!!!

However many don't deserve a reply - so I put as much effort into replying as they put into their initial message.

Absolutely fuck all!

Say for example last night we read all our messages but didn't reply as had other things to do. This morning all messages have been replied to.

However if you don't get a reply from us in say 24 hours then we have either forgotten to do it and have had other messages in the meantime or your message was either a cut and paste job or a one line "fancy a fuck" which gets no reply.
