Using Mobile To Log In?

I have tried to log into my account using my mobile phone but im having problems.

I enter my username (correctly) and then my password (correctly) but it doesnt match.

No such problems when im using the computer tho. Why is this?

Try clearing your history and cache then try again

I take it you've checked you're not typing capitals only or that you have typed capitals where needed?

Might be a daft question, but have you checked your adult content hasn't been put back onto phone? Happened to me and i had to get it taken off again.

My provider won't even let you get to Fab page unless you unblock!

yeah checked the adult content and all capitals are where they should be.... i can get into account on PC but not with mobile so im really confused. Looks like it may be an embarrassing trip to O2 shop and see if they can do it LOL...do i go for the prettiest shop assistant???

I hade to get a pin number of o2 shop for adult content they didnt even raise an eye lid as at end of the day it my phone to use it as I want so dont worry about going in to sort it out

I added the 'secret folder' app - I can access my account easier without restrictions.

We had to verify age with provider also found it easier to log in using e mail rather than user name.
