Questions before first visit to a swingers club!

Hi Fab!

Long time lurker of the forums here!

I've finally plucked up the courage to allow myself to go and experience a swingers club for the first time. But I have a couple of etiquette questions etc first!

I also realize that some of these questions may be stupid, so I apologise if my questions are stupid/offend anyone

Thanks in advance for any responses.

1) Privacy- I assume cameras etc are not allowed in the venue?

2) Sti's- I would only have sex with someone using a condom obviously, but is it normal practice for condoms etc to be used when exchanging oral (including when going down on a lady)? Also, should I be worried about catching anything? (Sorry if that is offensive)

Should I bring my own condoms etc

3) As a young male, when approaching a lady or a couple in the club, would I be right to just strike up a conversation and see how things go from there? Also, are their "rules" for approaching couples (I don't mean in the sense of being too pushy) I mean is it rude for example to approach the female before striking a conversation with the male?

Not silly questions at all.

1) Cameras are not allowed.

2) ALWAYS take your own condoms - even though most clubs sell them from behind the bar or something. It is entirely up to you and your play buddy how to use them. Always agree this before any play starts

3) As I am not a couple (or single guy for that matter) I would say that chatting to both of the couple is always best. They would probably be with each other anyway. Nothing wrong with just going up and saying hi and introducing yourself. If they aren't interested in you or single guys they would politely decline play, but most people in clubs are pretty happy just to chat anyway. Some people are just there for social aspect and not for play.

1.) It's the norm that cameras/phones are not allowed in public areas. Although some clubs insist on them being kept in lockers others allow them to be kept on the person but may eject you if they're seen in use.

2.)Personal choice (although the majority will expect condom use - although I've yet to use one when giving oral to a woman - not quite sure where i'd put it! ). And if you're worried about catching something then there's little point in playing with others - they don't carry "unclean" signs around their necks and ring bells! Just be responsible for your own health and 'bag up'!

3.) Just be sociable, say hi and introduce yourself. A little eye contact first helps, and be aware of body language. Don't leer and definitely don't stalk/follow couples/singles around. Treat it as a 'networking' mixer. And if you get told they're not interested - politely or otherwise - take the hint and leave them be.

Above all - go with no expectancy, relax, be polite and respectful - and you can't do any more!

Good luck and enjoy yourself - whether you get to play or not!

Oh - and NEVER make the mistake of drinking too much dutch courage - it always goes horribly wrong and doesn't create a good first impression!

And do not create a bad impression of yourself as bad news travels fast, which is not great if you hope to be a regular at a particular club

Some good advice

1) Yep, no cameras! Don't evern try

2) It's your choice, we always take our own and if you'd rather have oral done with one on then that's your choice, make sure it happens. You should only do what you want

3) Chat to both people, just be friendly and sociable. Don't "shark-like" approach women when they are on their own, get to know everyone.

Oh and have a lot of fun

As regards to point 2 you can get dental dams for oral on a lady though they do take a bit of practice to use (we use them during Morrigans time of the month as she is usually extra horny then, sorry if thats too much information ). We ask for ours at our local GUM clinic and get them along with free condoms.

Approach couples when they are both together. It really irks me when guys wait for Reggie to go to the bathroom and then come up to me!
