I don't know if it's just me but whenever Im on all fours and I reach back to spread myself (Rob loved seeing this!) I feel like I'm going to break my neck and I topple over very quickly!! Do other women find this? Is there a technique I'm missing or is it a size thing?

Any tips on how to achieve this comfortably much appreciated!

I don't know about toppling over , but if poss I push a pillow under my boobs cos they are bit large. And I don't enjoy them swinging! Maybe that would give you some stability too? Now if anyone knows how to stop the old knees slipping too far apart please do share...

A couple of pillows/cushions under your head will stop you toppling over.
