It definitely gets easier, if you experiment with positions. Also, when you have a cock comfortably down there, don't feel pressure to do anything other than savour that moment, rather than kick into motion. I bought a throat numbing spray (which ironically made me gag also haha) it doesn't seem to work for me though? It's a mint flavoured one and although I can feel my throat has numbed I still have a bad gag reflex??

My advise is just to simply push your limits a little each time. Positioning is important. That's the problem, him easing more in. Every time a guy pushes I gag. If you lower yourself onto him having all the control. Him laying on bed you on knees on the floor. If you push a little deeper each time you can almost train your gag reflex. Don't push too far at first... You will naturally produce more saliva as you do this which as you go on will feel it helping you to go deeper. Practice always help, Remember to keep your tongue flat, make sure you're relaxed and you guide him in, that way you'll be in control and less likely to gag. Also try you doing it with you kneeling while he stands.

For me....it's like what some have said. Practice practice practice.
