clubs in London

Anyone been to any clubs in London, we are thinking if going for or Christmas do but really not sure where to go, any help?

The only club in London is Ourplace4fun. Abfabs is out by Heathrow (but could be closed by then) and then their are places like Eurekas and VA that are close to London.

We haven't though I suspect Blackcherry will be along soon to enthuse about it. We tend to go to Vanilla Alternative as it is more local but OP4F is definately on our to do list

In fairness its not the only London based club as there is hellfire's too but we havent been there so its hard to say anything about it.

Ourplace4fun is a fantastic little club and consistently gets rated in the top 5 in the uk, its well worth a visit and they some really cool special nights that are packed over Christmas. We desperately wanted to go to their big bash last new years but missed out! So yeah get along there !

If you are staying in London without a car Our place is good train underground links - VA good too but a lot easier to get their with a car

Ad Fab is the best, and will be open,T5 travellodge closest, but check you have checked on google so taxi takes you the right way. have had several great nights there, Our place 4 fun been once and small but very friendly, Hellfire Sutton clean and worth a visit, Rio's - not been for a few years but plenty of action if a little "sleezy"but have a very posh friend who just loves it! , Eureka out in Kent well worth a visit for a time out with fun, Vanilla Alternative the up and coming place, as is Liberty Elite is you want a bit further out of London. Have a great time,wherever you end up just change places and see a different place each night! x

But they asked for clubs IN London and the only two are Hellfire and ourplace4fun

Heathrow and Kent are not short trips

It is impossible to answer the OP's question fairly, even after excluding personal biases without more information.

What sort of club does the OP enjoy?

Are they tied to being based in a particular part of London or are they willing to base themselves wherever is best for the club they choose to go to?

Are there constraints of cost or date to consider?

We travel to London to visit clubs and have found you have to travel outside to find the good ones, Rios is the closest to central London,& Our place 4 fun, but all others needs to travel further. You have to learn to travel in this game! in London this may mean 20 miles, for us in the north it means 100 miles x

To add a more comprehensive response, Ourplace4fun and Hellfire are not the only clubs in London. Hellfire is in Sunbury on Thames, so strictly speaking, like Abfabs, its not in London or greater London either, but certainly is acessible from London. (Again like Abfabs)

Rios is the most central club, being in Kentish Town. It pretends to be a sauna, but swingers make up 90% of its clientle, and 65% of them are single men. Its owned by the same people who own the majority gay saunas in London and is set up the same way. We don't like it, but some people seem to.

Paradise in Dagenham is exactly the same format, and both of these are towel wearing clubs with a good number of couples on the weekends. its a bit less single men heavy than Rios, with alot less attitude from those that do go there. We did a relatively recent review of Rios, which you will find in the club section.

There is also Funtime Swingers in Stratford, which you will also find is in London (Victoria Line tube) and easy to get to. It's mixed all the time though, so more aimed at those that like the company of single guys.

The best club, Ourplace4fun, has already been mentioned, and if your looking for a club 'in' London, this is the best one by far, even though its small, its well run and super friendly, and always busy. its close to Alexandra Palace overground, but can be a bitch to find the first time you go, so have their number handy.

Abfabs is not likey to close within the near future as they're fighting it all the way. Its much more a facility orientated club, and in that context can be considered one of the best in the country, though socially the layout is a little awkward, but its still a good club.

Additionally, there are about five orgnaisations, including Killing Kittens, and others than run monthly parties. Most of these are held at London apartments rented for the purpose of the party. They're often aimed at a certain type of clientle, and can be expensive, but good fun none the less.

There are also the fetish / swinger cross over events, such as Anti Christ and of course Torture Garden, where the emphasis maybe on dance, but they still have a couples playroom set aside and people really dress up.

All these are worth looking into, depending on what you fancy.

Anti-Christ is a great night though the nearst one to Christmas is January 3rd. Not sure when TG is but suspect NYE and not all TG events have a couples room. And as much as we love AC while the couples room is busy there is not always much group fun going on. If kink is am interest the dungeon at AC is well monitored and we've heard mixed reviews of the one at TG.

We think the next biggest TG event is in November, as their halloween party is always the biggest of the year. However they have an event in October at the Colliseum club. (according to their website at least)

Antichrists next event is on November 1st, TG is over two days, so you can actual do both, if you can muster the energy.

Yeah just saw about Funtime, seems they've moved their events to private house parties near Croydon now. Thanks for the heads up on that.

We would agree with OP4F being the best in London option, always been good when we have been there even if some of the porn they play on the screens is a bit naff! LOL

The only possible negative is the are no private rooms if thats your preference, the closest has a one way mirror and you will be watched!

But over all I would say its one of the best.
