although i am sure it will be abused.

At the moment i cannot travel easily, no car and not a lot of spare cash for socials and public transport.

Of course i understand that it will be hard to get meets arranged, but surely people here are not that shallow.

Would you meet me at mine, or am i just wasting my time, and please sensible answers please.

Many couples profiles seem to insist, that you accommodate the meet...

Brighton - even Hove!

Meeting at yours would be ok wouldn't it? Why wouldn't they? Your red sofa isn't that bad.

Flintshire

I would never go to someone's house if I had never met them before. After a social meet in public to check them out I would though

Not sure why you accuse people of being shallow?

That's good news surely! Have a social someplace then next time invite them back.

ok maybe shallow was wrong word, will give you that.

Its just a lot of people say must accommodate, which i can do, but the meets very rarely happen.

i can understand the safety factor, and could meet at a local pub first and i would never presume fun is on the cards, even if they where in my flat. and i defo do not have the body to force myself on anyone.

But

So you can accommodate and are happy to meet in a pub (socially) with no expectations. Cant see any problems there.

Ever considered that the problem simply may be interest/attraction?

You could be loaded, living in a big house and able to travel anywhere with no issues - but that still offers no guarantees of meets!
