Hey can u go on webcam on a new samsung galaxy tab3 ... can go in chatroom using desktop but wish to know if I can use webcam so I can b seen ..thanks

As far as i know smartphone cans dont work as webcams in chatrooms.

Not sure about Galaxy - but can view cams on IPhone using Puffin browser. Hope it helps
